PPL Rate Rider Case Study
This is an Excel spreadsheet based on actual PPL billing data for the past 12 months. Please note: this spreadsheet uses Visual Basic controls which Excel may flag as "Macros" or as "Activex" controls, depending on your Excel security settings. It is safe to enable these macros and open the file. These controls may not be compatible with the Macintosh version of Excel. If you have difficulty opening the file or operating the controls, please contact Wayne Shirley.

At the December 12 meeting, we will be reviewing the output of this spreadsheet, including what potential issues it raises and what the solutions for those issues might be.

Distribution System Regulation Issue Paper

This is an updated version of the Distribution System Regulation paper presented at the last Regulatory Subgroup meeting. It has some additional text reflecting discussions about the magnitude of potential deferral values for DG. We will be discussing next steps for this topic at the December 12 meeting.

Environmental Principles
This document reflects the statement of principles for environmental standards for distributed generation. It will also be discussed at the December 12 meeting.
