Working with the Asian Development Bank, the US Agency for International Development and other organizations, RAP co-sponsors workshops such as the Asia Clean Energy Forum 2011, held in Manila.
The forum drew policymakers, regulators, financers and utility representatives to share ideas on new business models and policies for a low-carbon future. RAP’s presentation offered a case study in feed-in tariffs. Prior clean energy workshops featured RAP presentations on decoupling and resource planning.
