RAP Compiles State Energy Efficiency Policy Inventory

RAP's research staff has compiled a state-by-state inventory of energy efficiency policies throughout the US, tracking recommendations contained in the National Action Plan for Energy Efficiency as well as other policy areas of interest.

Information on resource planning, Energy Efficiency Resource Standards, decoupling, incentives, energy efficiency cost-recovery and cost-effectiveness tests are among the areas analyzed in the state inventory lists, which are updated through 2010.

The RAP State Energy Efficiency Policy Inventory is compiled into five regional documents:

Through 2010

______________________________________

Through 2009

Based on the 2009 work, RAP also produced this analysis of Integrated Resource Planning (IRP) on a state-by-state basis, while another analysis tracks the type of administrative delivery structure each state has established to provide electric energy efficiency.
