RAP's Cowart Named to Chair DOE Advisory Panel

Richard Cowart, a RAP director and principal, was recently named to chair the Department of Energy's Electric Advisory Committee, which advises DOE on implementing federal energy legislation and modernizing the nation's electricity delivery system. Cowart chaired his first meeting of the committee on Oct. 29, 2010. Read more on the appointment.
