RAP serves as a resource for policymakers around the world. We work closely with our regional partners and international experts to help regulators and other government officials meet their energy and environmental goals while addressing the challenges facing the utility industry.

RAP has worked extensively in the US since 1992 and in China since 1999. We added programs and offices in the European Union in 2009 and plan to offer similar services in India in the near future. We have also supported requests for regulatory assistance in nearly a dozen other countries.
