Polish Energy in Europe: Modernisation Challenges
Driven by internal factors, the move towards integration of the European power system, and broader environmental and climate policy, the Polish power sector is in a time of change. In light of these challenges, a clear vision for the evolution of the Polish power sector is needed. Polish Energy in Europe: Modernisation Challenges will address critical questions surrounding the evolution of the Polish power sector relating to energy security, power market integration, the future of coal, the role of renewables, and Poland’s role in broader European climate and energy policy. The conference is co-organized by the Forum for Energy Analysis and Lewiatan. RAP’s Jan Rączka will participate in a panel discussion on Poland’s energy policy to 2050.
