RAP Principal Meg Gottstein was a co-presenter with Jan Rosenow, a member of Germany’s “ Think Tank Club of Rome” (http://www.tt30.de/), at a Berlin forum on September 27th to discuss the proposed EU directive for energy savings obligations.
