ClientEarth and RAP hosted a symposium designed to assess the key issues and challenges around the “Clean Energy For All Europeans” package of legislative proposals. Experts focused on the impact of the proposals on consumers, efforts to secure resource adequacy, and whether the proposals promote renewable resources and flexible markets.
