Shaun Allen is the office manager at RAP. Shaun’s organizational, analytical and logistical expertise contributes to RAP’s mission and goals by providing steady, consistent office and project support both in our Montpelier office and globally.
Before coming to RAP in 2024, Shaun spent eight years working as an executive assistant at Starbucks corporate headquarters in Seattle, Washington. Prior to that, he was executive support at Nordstrom and also has a background in retail and salon management.
Shaun moved to Vermont in late 2023 and likes to spend his time reading horror novels and Eastern European history, building his vinyl collection, cooking, and traveling.
Shaun Allen has a degree in geography and sustainability from Arizona State University.
