20 Years of Energy Provider Delivered Energy Efficiency in Europe
At a two-part workshop on European Experience with Energy Efficiency Obligations (EEOs) in Warsaw, Poland, RAP Senior Advisor Eoin Lees addressed an audience including, among others, representatives of the Italian, Portuguese, and UK EEO schemes, on 20 years of energy provider delivered energy efficiency in Europe. After exploring the key principles of EU EEOs on energy providers, Mr. Lees provided an overview of the history and current EEO activity, before addressing the conclusions to be drawn from European experience.
