In a workshop for the Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (CTPURA), David Littell provided an in-depth review of various approaches to integrating distributed energy resources, highlighted the value of demand-side management and energy efficiency, explored non-transmission alternatives, and outlined questions facing states as they manage energy resources.
