Clean Energy for All Package
At a workshop organized by the Forum for Energy in Warsaw, Edith Bayer presented an overview of the European “Winter Package” of legislation for stakeholders from the Polish government, power sector, renewables advocates, and academics. In her analysis, she focuses on the proposed changes to wholesale market design and security of supply. Participants also heard directly from Andras Hujber from the European Commission, who addressed elements of the Winter Package and joined a subsequent discussion with the stakeholders.
