Decoupling Supporting Energy Efficiency for Alaska Consumers and Utilities
Rich Sedano led a two-day technical conference sponsored by the Regulatory Commission of Alaska. This is the first of two presentations which addresses how decoupling can support energy efficiency goals and how such policies have the potential to be applied in Alaska. The conference was held in Anchorage on April 19-20.
