Demand Response With and Without Smart Grid
Richard Sedano co-authored this report with other members of the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory’s Smart Grid Technical Advisory Project. The paper was presented during the NARUC Winter Meetings on Feb. 14, 2010. The purpose of the presentation is to highlight the differences between the current residential demand system and the smart grid system.
