Richard Sedano and Snuller Price of E3, with support from Dave Farnsworth, conducted a daylong workshop on December 8, 2011 for the Georgia Public Service Commission and its DSM Working Group on energy efficiency cost-effectiveness. The workshop relied in part on the National Action Plan for Energy Efficiency guide to cost-effectiveness, and some new work. It supported the GA DSMWG at a time when Georgia Power is preparing its integrated resource plan and its next three year energy efficiency program plan for effect in 2013. These are illustrative examples from their presentation.
