Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy in Clean Power Plan Compliance
At a discussion focused on state compliance with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s final Clean Power Plan (CPP) rule, Ken Colburn addressed the value and role of energy efficiency and renewable energy sources.
