Energy Efficiency for Alaska Consumers and Utilities
Rich Sedano led a two-day technical conference sponsored by the Regulatory Commission of Alaska. This is the second of two presentations which addresses the benefits of energy efficiency policies and how to implement and pay for them. He also addressed the potential for applying such policies in Alaska. The conference was held in Anchorage on April 19-20.
