Energy Policies Issues Facing Vermont
This presentation was given to the Vermont League of Cities and Towns discussion of wind power. This presentatin is divided into three major topics. The first is a discussion of Vermont’s current power mix and power needs. This is then put in the bigger regional, national, and global contexts. Finally, Richard Sedano discusses the costs and risks of regulation, as well as making the decision of what kind of power generation to use.
