RAP Senior Advisor, Michael Hogan, discussed recent developments in clean energy policy in Europe as part of a panel at the Senate Presidents’ Forum. Michael Northrup, of the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, organized the panel. Other panelists included Rainer Baake of Agora, Thomas Faergeman of CONCITO in Copenhagen, and Rear Admiral Neil Morisetti, Climate and Energy Security Envoy of the UK Ministry of Defense and Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
