Examples of Responding Strategically: Pro-Active State (and Utility) Actions
The PSC of Wisconsin’s August 23, 2012 Workshop “Building Clean Air Networks and Implementing Action Plans,” included discussion of examples of state and utility responses to EPA’s new and forthcoming environmental regulations on the electric power sector. RAP Senior Associate Ken Colburn provided this presentation covering several state and utility examples where pro-active efforts to control air emissions positioned the state and/or utility well for compliance with the rule(s) EPA’s eventually adopted.
