Good and Better Practices in Energy Efficiency from the Mainland
Richard Sedano, with assistance from Jessica Shipley, facilitated a meeting for the Hawaii Clean Energy Initiative and the Hawaii Energy Office on energy efficiency. As part of that meeting, Mr. Sedano drew on the RAP report The Next Quantum Leap in Efficiency: 30 Percent Electric Savings in Ten Years to examine advanced practices being implemented by leading states.
