This is the first in a series of webinars for air quality regulators on energy efficiency (EE) measurement. The goals of the series are to educate air regulators on how EE savings are measured and translated into power plant emission reductions, in order to increase their confidence and trust in the data. In turn, this will enable them to use the data in their state’s air quality plans.

Module 1 focuses on why the measurement of EE impacts matter to air regulators, where the EE data are found, and who produces EE data.
