This is the third in a series of webinars for air quality regulators on energy efficiency (EE) measurement. The goals of the series are to educate air regulators on how EE savings are measured and translated into power plant emission reductions, in order to increase their confidence and trust in the data. In turn, this will enable them to use the data in their state’s air quality plans.Module 3 begins with a continued look at methods for determining avoided air emissions resulting from EE policies and programs. It also examines the practical application of EE data and avoided emissions data by regulators for planning purposes and air quality programs.
