The Mississippi Public Service Commission invited RAP to present an information seminar on July 22, 2011, as part of its proceeding to consider net metering rules. Lisa Schwartz presented the key net metering choices for regulators, how various states made their choices, how net metering fits in with other policies, and an introduction to interconnection rules.
