At a workshop in Brussels organised by GEODE, the association of European independent distribution companies for gas and electricity, Zsuzsanna Pató spoke about regulating the revenues of distribution system operators. She provided an overview of the regulatory models in practice in Europe and insight into performance-based regulation.
