Perspectives From the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative
This is a presentation on monitoring, reporting and verification (MRV) and the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI), given by RAP Senior Associate, David Farnsworth at a June 4-5 workshop in Washington DC, sponsored by the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions (C2ES) and Tsinghua University. The workshop focused on climate policy MRV in the United States and China, drawing on respective domestic experiences in areas such as energy conservation and SO2 and CO2 trading.
