This is the English version. Some of the topics covered in this presentation include what an efficiency power plant (EPP) is and what its advantage is, what California’s experience with investments is in EPPs, how California plans, finances and builds EPPs, the approaches do other states take, and the key components for the successful implementation of EPPs.
