Planning, Financing and Building Efficiency Power Plants: Regulatory Practices in California and other States
This presentation, by Meg Gottstein, was given in London and Brussels during a trip sponsored by the European Climate Foundation to share best practices in energy efficiency regulatory policies with European Union policymakers, NGOs and the electric power industry. Some of the topics she discusses in this presentation include what an efficiency power plant (EPP) is and its advantages, and lessons learned from California’s experience.
