Regulatory Treatment of Demand Side Management in the U.S.
This is a presentation given by Richard Sedano and Wayne Shirley to the Korean Electric Power Company managers in the Fall of 2007. Some of the goals discussed in this presentation include creating a more energy efficienct economy and creating a profitable energy efficiency model for utility companies. One of the recomendations they offer is to decouple fixed cost recovery from sales volumes.
