Mr. Raczka’s presentation provides an overview of Poland’s new renewable energy law, which will enter into force in April 2015. It covers the motivations behind the new law, explains the new renewables support instrument: renewables auctions, and discusses the implications that these changes are likely to have on development of renewable energy in Poland.
