Technology innovation: The role of regulation
The Energy Regulators Regional Association (ERRA) invited Christos Kolokathis to speak at the Annual Chairmen Meeting in Sochi, Russian Federation. Mr. Kolokathis explored the role of regulation in adapting to technological innovation in the power sector, in particular, the role of smart rate design and performance-based regulation.
