RAP’s Meg Gottstein made this presentation at the Florence School of Regulation’s workshop on renewable energy support in Europe, which drew commission representatives, member state and EU regulators, academics and government officials. Her presentation focused on the United Kingdom’s experience with renewable energy. She was invited to participate in the workshop at the recommendation of the UK Department of Energy and Climate Change European Program.
