Vermont Power Supply: The Very Big Picture
This presentation was given to a University of Vermont class on future energy resource decisions for Vermont. In this presentation, Richard Sedano explains the looming carbon gap and power supply gap. He goes on to show how efficiency can be used as a tool in this struggle and regulators roles in solving Vermont’s problem.
