On February 24, the Polish National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management (NFOS) convened a workshop on Virtual Power Plants at its office in Warsaw. The workshop was part of a series of “Forums” organized by NFOS that bring together leaders in the fields of energy and environment to discuss current topics. Rick Weston led the workshop, presenting on Chinese experience with Virtual Power Plants for energy efficiency (also referred to as Efficiency Power Plants).
