The Center for Study of Science, Technology and Policy (CSTEP) in collaboration with Regulatory Assistance Project (RAP) organized a workshop on wholesale market reforms for officials from Karnataka Power Corporation Limited (KPCL) and Power Company of Karnataka Limited (PCKL). Dheer Patel presented an overview of wholesale market reforms proposed and implemented by Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) and gave a detailed demonstration of RAP’s wholesale market simulation tool.
