Dr. Jan Rosenow, senior advisor, has been appointed to the Expert Advisory Group for a Scottish government-commissioned project on energy efficiency policy effectiveness. The project, a collaboration between the Scottish government and Edinburgh University, aims to understand factors shaping the delivery of a set of policy objectives and will include a pilot study on low-carbon heat policy in Scotland. The advisory group will have its first meeting in Edinburgh in June 2017, where Dr. Rosenow will present on European experience with energy efficiency policies.
