Doug Ogden is an attorney and private clean energy investor. He focuses on public and private equity as a principal at North Ridge Investment Management and commercial real estate as a partner at Marin & Montecito Country Marts.
Mr. Ogden served as executive vice president of the Energy Foundation in San Francisco and founder/executive director of the China Sustainable Energy Program in Beijing. Previously, he practiced environmental law and litigation with the Seattle law firm Foster Pepper & Shefelman, and taught for two academic years at Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China.
Mr. Ogden holds a master’s in public administration from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, a juris doctor from the University of Washington (editor, Washington Law Review), and a bachelor of arts from Stanford.
