Joni Sliger supports RAP’s regional teams in providing technical assistance on crafting and implementing energy policy. She primarily contributes research support to RAP’s India program and promotes collaboration between the teams on shared issues.
Ms. Sliger joined RAP in late 2017 after completing a fellowship at the Green Energy Institute of Lewis & Clark Law School. There, she analyzed state-level renewable energy policies in the United States. She also worked as an extern for both the Environmental Law Alliance Worldwide in Eugene, Oregon, and for the Human Rights Law Network in Delhi, India.
Ms. Sliger earned her juris doctor and master of laws in environmental, natural resources, and energy law from Lewis & Clark Law School. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in global environmental change and sustainability from Johns Hopkins University.
