Bex Wilson is the people operations team lead at RAP. She is an experienced operations and HR professional focused on sustainability and building inclusive workplaces.
Her background spans operations, HR, marketing, events, customer service and internal sustainability. She has managed employee life cycles, led global office setups and organised large scale events.
Before joining RAP in 2026, Bex spent five years at Acre Resources, a London-based BCorp sustainability recruitment firm, working across marketing, events, HR and operations while leading internal sustainability and decarbonisation initiatives.
Bex moved to Brighton in 2021 to be closer to the sea and spends her free time writing music and walking her rescue dog on the beach. She holds a degree in criminology and sociology from Birmingham City University.

What does a day at RAP look like for you?
A day at RAP can involve anything from supporting the team with HR and operational queries, updating policies and processes, and welcoming new joiners, to building vendor relationships and managing internal systems. No two days are the same, it's always busy and always interesting.
