Eboni James

Executive Assistant

Eboni James is executive assistant to the CEO & Director, Europe Programmes at the Regulatory Assistance Project (RAP), where she provides strategic, operational and organisational support to RAP's leadership. Eboni is new to the clean energy sector, and she has found it energising to learn alongside a global team of experts who share an innate desire to contribute to a better world, work that speaks directly to her own philanthropic values.

Before joining RAP, Eboni was executive assistant to a senior partner and global services market leader at Egon Zehnder, supporting a global executive across multiple markets and time zones. She managed an extensive international calendar, coordinated business development activities including roadshows and client events, and provided project management support across confidential leadership advisory and management appraisal work.

Earlier in her career, Eboni held executive and administrative support roles across healthcare and public service settings in the UK and Canada, including Cygnet Healthcare, the Ontario Medical Association, the University of Toronto, and East London NHS Foundation Trust. At the Ontario Medical Association, she led the Employee Collaboration Team project, an employee engagement initiative later adopted as a permanent programme.

Eboni holds a foundation degree in marketing & events management from the University of Birmingham.

Eboni is based in London. In her spare time, she loves to travel and regularly volunteers at Crisis homelessness shelters.
