As executive assistant, Molly Caballero provides administrative support to members of RAP’s leadership team, mainly the chief executive officer, chief operating officer and director of communications. Caballero manages team calendars and schedules meetings and conferences. She also works closely with the development team to assist in grants management, tracking and outreach.
Before joining RAP in 2020, Molly Caballero served as office manager of TeamWorks Media, a content creation studio in Chicago. Her office experience extends into the legal sphere, having worked both as a legal administrative assistant at Equity Residential and a legal library assistant at Locke Lord LLP.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

How have RAP’s values - strive to improve the world and ourselves/collaborate with curiosity and purpose/people-centered/pursue progress, not perfection - shown up in your work?
As someone who works primarily with the RAP Headquarters Team, people-centered shows up in all aspects of our work. Since I started with RAP three years ago, I have been blown away again and again about the amount of care the Headquarters Team shows for every person at RAP. We support each other, offer help, time, and anything we can to ensure that we remain committed to seeing each and every Rapper as a person first, rather than just a coworker. I also try to emulate this in my work by showing up for others when I can, and for myself when needed.
What’s your passion outside of RAP/clean energy?
I have many and am a hobby girl! I love to knit, paint, bake bread, and read. My undergraduate degree is in Anthropology, and I always love tapping into my inner archaeologist through reading and documentaries!
If I were a superhero, my superpower would be to see into the past. Like Raven, but reverse.
