Ted Thomas is an energy consultant and founding partner of Energize Strategies and is the former chairman of the Arkansas Public Service Commission.
During his time on the Arkansas Public Service Commission, he served in a variety of leadership roles, including president of the Organization of MISO States. He was chair of the Improved Resource Availability Task Force, which was charged with implementing policies adopted by Southwest Power Pool in response to winter storm Uri, and served on the Federal-State Joint Task Force on Transmission.
