This is a survey of Brazil’s ratepayer funded energy efficiency activities in 2003. The survey covers eight topics including process and timeline, organizational structure, funding mechanisms, association with a long run resources plan, guidelines for program effectiveness and success, pre-implementation program evaluation guidance, results of program evaluation, and financial or performance incentives.
