This document contains comments of the Gas Technology Institute on the model regulations for the Output of Specified Air Emissions from Smaller Scale Electric Generating Resources. GTI identified a number of unsupported assessments and assertions that could be misinterpreted by policy makers, and be implemented in a way that could hinder development of the DE market. They also recommend an action plan be developed to effectively engage the DE industry.
