Dr. Carl Linvill presented on the often-misunderstood topic of “missing money” in this adaptation of RAP author Michael Hogan’s Hitting the Mark on Missing Money, and explored pricing-based options for the California context. Dr. Linvill addressed an audience of utility economists at the Rutgers’ Center for Research in Regulated Industries (CRRI) Western conference in Monterey, California.
