The Maryland Public Service Commission approved almost unanimous stakeholder-utility recommendations for summer and winter peak and off-peak pricing. The PSC, Office of Peoples Counsel, and stakeholders will assess whether these rates work for all customers, including low and moderate income ratepayers to offer a way to save money and meet their preferences.
