Donna Brutkoski coordinates the RAP U.S. team's multi-faceted communications program to deliver power sector policy and best practices guidance to policymakers and regulators. Previously, she served as publications coordinator, managing the development, editing, and production of RAP publications. Prior to joining RAP, she was a multiplatform editor at the Washington Post and also worked as a publications editor at Eurasia Group, a political risk consultancy. She provided freelance editorial and communications consulting for clients including the African Development Bank’s Energy, Environment, and Climate Change Department and the International Council on Clean Transportation, and earlier in her career worked as a copy editor at the Boston Globe and Newsday.
Donna Brutkoski received a master’s degree in international development and economics from Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies and a bachelor’s in journalism from George Washington University.
