Administrative Assistant

Alexandrine Tuitt is an operations professional at RAP, where she supports organizational effectiveness through thoughtful systems, process improvement, and people-centered operations. With a passion for creating efficient, inclusive and collaborative workplaces, Alexandrine brings expertise in operations management, executive support, human resources, budgeting and cross-functional coordination to her work. She is committed to advancing RAP’s mission by building strong internal systems that allow teams to focus on creating meaningful impact.

Prior to joining RAP, Alexandrine served as an Operations Associate at the Marijuana Policy Project, where she managed day-to-day operations, supported organizational planning, oversaw administrative processes, coordinated human resources functions, managed budgets and expenses, and helped improve workflows to better support staff and organizational goals.

Before that, Alexandrine held administrative roles where she partnered with senior leaders, managed complex calendars and projects, coordinated events and meetings, supported financial and operational needs, and developed systems to improve efficiency. Her experience includes nonprofit administration, museum operations, executive support, human resources coordination, and stakeholder engagement. Throughout her career, Alexandrine has focused on creating organized, welcoming and mission-driven environments where people can do their best work.

Alexandrine is based in Maryland and enjoys spending time with friends and family. Originally from the Boston area, she remains connected to New England and enjoys traveling, discovering new places, and spending time outdoors.

Alexandrine holds a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from Bridgewater State University.
