Davide Faoro joined RAP as communications lead for Europe in September 2025. In this role he supports RAP’s mission with his strategic communications expertise, whether that is scoping for potential communications opportunities, drafting press releases, contacting journalists or meeting with partners to elevate RAP’s message.
Before joining RAP, he worked five years at the Global Strategic Communications Council, where he worked as a campaigner for the Europe team. He was also part of the European Digital team and the International Digital Hub. His role there gave him the opportunity to attend COP 26 and COP28 in person, where he helped facilitate events, developed social media content to be shared with partners and spent many, many hours running between pavilions.
In his personal time, he enjoys spending his time coaching basketball, reading books with his cat on his lap, writing and losing himself in a good story in any format, whether it is movies, books, comic books, theater or anything else. He speaks Spanish, English, Italian, Valencian and is working on his French.
He holds a bachelor’s in journalism from the Complutense University of Madrid, and a master’s degree in political communications from the University of Alcalá.
