Roxana Raska joined RAP in 2026 to support international finance operations, contributing to accurate financial reporting, internal controls, regulatory compliance and grants financial management.
Raska is an accomplished finance professional, having 20 years' experience across a range of roles and sectors. Prior to joining RAP, Raska was the head of finance for York Mind, providing financial leadership and helping shape the organisation's strategic direction. Previously, they worked at Climate Analytics GmbH in Berlin, where they managed the organisation's operational finance team and led on financial systems implementation, in addition to manging project finance. Their earlier roles included positions in the university space as well as the UK civil service and global banking.
Raska obtained a degree in economics with mathematics and a master's in museum studies before going on to become ACCA-qualified. They are currently based in Brighton, England and speak German, Czech and Japanese.
